World's Most Expensive Suit from Aexander Amosu

By superyachts.com

Designer of all things extravagantly-opulent, Alexander Amosu tops the Most Expensive list with this one-off bespoke suit.

Forming part of a new luxury bespoke collection, the suit is valued at £70,000 and takes pride-of-place amongst other suits created with gold and platinum threads, rare cloths and precious stones.

With such a high price tag it will come as no surprise that the suit will be delivered via an armoured Range Rover to its buyer’s London city party to be held in a secret venue.

Among the fine, top-quality fabrics used in the suit's creation is what is considered the most luxurious cloth currently available, Vanquish II.

This cloth is formed from Vicuna, a fibre obtained from the rare South American Camelid which can only be sheared every three years; and Qiviuk, the wool of an Arctic muskox which is considered the most expensive in the world.

Due to the exclusive properties and rare availability of these fibres, only enough cloth can be created each year to make 300 suits worldwide.

Clients around the globe can indulge in the Alexander Amosu service; he and his tailors will travel to any destination to take measurements and conduct fittings.

Designer Alexander Amosu began his career as a young entrepreneur in the mobile phone industry and is now heads a leading company of luxury and bespoke products.
