YOO Club: A Private Luxury Home Exchange Club

By Paul Joseph

The home sharing sector, originally jet-fuelled by Airbnb, continues to grow and one of the companies focussing on the higher-end of this burgeoning market is The YOO Club.

A private travel and property exchange club, YOO Club has now teamed up with ThirdHome, another house sharing service, to give members access to some of the world’s top design properties, available through sharing downtime with other club members in their own properties

Spread across 95 countries, properties range from contemporary to classic, and beachfront villas to mountain lodges, all boasting luxury finishes and unique design features, together with stunning views and unparalleled privacy.

Capitalising on a growing trend for luxury travellers requesting more than just high-end accommodation, The YOO Club provides people with one-off travel experiences while staying in a luxury home away from home.

Commenting on the partnership, Giles Adams, European President of ThirdHome, said: “Our partnership with YOO Worldwide is a win-win: For the second home owner, their investment in a YOO home opens the doors to thousands of others within The YOO Club.

“For the YOO developer, being able to offer a YOO Club membership helps overcome the hurdle buyers face of feeling obligated to visit their own home each time they take a holiday.”

YOO operates in 34 countries and 57 cities, with over 80 projects within its portfolio, working with international design icons such as Philippe Starck, Marcel Wanders, Jade Jagger, Steve Leung, Sussanne Khan, and its own designers to create extraordinary living spaces.
