Her main salon is committed to entertaining, sitting adjacent to a large open club space on her sundeck. A stunning floating staircase with an encased glass balustrade, is an incredible addition to this vessel, which leads guests to the upper deck. On the upper salon, you'll find a formal dining area with a unique table, that takes centre stage. 

On the sundeck, an illuminated glass-walled hot tub boasts panoramic views across your surroundings, benefitting from being elevated three floors high. The outside decks are furnished with sunpads, offering several areas to unwind or socialise with friends. A casual alfresco dining and bar area lies adjacent to the sundeck, with a covered roof for protection. 

Her lavish interiors boast a a fluid boho-luxe style and elegant use of curved lines, high-quality fabrics and organic shapes in neutral tones, to create the ultimate beach-house style.

Mimi La Sardine has a dedicated crew of six, who will ensure that every desire is taken care of. Delicious gourmet meals are prepared by an onboard chef.

Mimi La Sardine accommodates eight guests in three double cabins and two twin cabins (convertible). A master stateroom is located on the main forward deck, and four additional guest cabins are located on the lower deck. She also offers two Pullman beds.
