Built by Huisman, and a sistership to the world famous Frers-designed FLYER, winner of the 1981/82 Whitbread Round the World Race, VOLADOR has the highest possible pedigree for a yacht of her era.
Built by Huisman, and a sistership to the world famous Frers-designed FLYER, winner of the 1981/82 Whitbread Round the World Race, VOLADOR has the highest possible pedigree for a yacht of her era.
In 2005 she underwent a complete technical and cosmetic refit, which included fitting a virtually all-new interior. All electronic equipment was replaced and upgraded, deck hardware, safety equipment and sailing hydraulics were all replaced. She has been continually maintained and upgraded to the highest standards since.
In winter 2010-2011 a range of maintenance works was done : teak decks treated; new biminis; new bed linen and towels in all cabins; new beach towels; new table sets, dishes and cutlery; brand new tender; new water toys.
Accommodation
3 double guests cabins with ensuite bathrooms
Possibility to use the 4th guest double cabin, in this case the service will be carried out by 2 crew members . Usually only 3 guest cabins are used, and in this case 3 crew members take care of the guests.
