Iconic Italian fashion house Gucci have launched a new line of fragrances, with each perfume said to represent a different element considered part of the Gucci DNA.

In addition to fashion, Gucci’s maverick CEO Alessandro Michelle is also a fragrance aficionado and in 2017 launched the Gucci Bloom perfume.

Now he has taken his love for scents to a new level with the unveiling of ‘The Alchemist’s Garden’, a line featuring seven distinct perfumes, including scented waters and four perfumed oils.

The line has been created by master perfumer Alberto Morillas under the supervision and creative direction of Mr Michelle. Each scent in the collection is designed to be magnified, muted or fused with other fragrances to create one-of-a-kind silage.

From Bulgarian rose and Peppery Mint to Dominating musk and Mimosa blends, the Alchemist’s garden presents an array of perfumes along with eye-catching packaging.

Speaking about the new line, Mr Morillas said, “Each fragrance is linked to memory – a walk in the forest, a tour in the centre of Rome when the mimosa are in bloom, the purity of the rose just before its harvest in the field.

“Just play with the scent to find your favourite, as an alchemist would work to find the gold formula.”

Scents from The Alchemist’s Garden are available in 20ml, 150ml and 330 ml Eau De Parfum bottles, and priced between $240 and $475 each.

Founded by Guccio Gucci in Florence, Italy in 1921, Gucci has grown to become one of the world’s most famous fashion houses.
