A Luxury Yachting Guide

Balmy breezes and lush landscapes enrobe the tranquil, turquoise waters of these 700 magnificent islands   view

Old Bahama Bay is located on the very Western tip of Grand Bahama, a fairly large island and the northernmost of all the islands of the Bahamas. Guests can indulge in an array of activities both at the hotel and nearby, including taking out a paddle board, going kayaking and jumping in a Hobie Cat or on a bicycle (all of which are free for guests of the resort).

The area boasts superb fishing grounds and one of the most popular options with visitors is to hire a bonefishing guide and try to catch this elusive fish. Other ideas are to take a picnic to the private island situated right off shore and snorkel in private for the afternoon, or take the kids on a Native Fishing Adventure, where they learn to catch (and clean and cook) lobster and conch.
