A dive into the exotic convergence of East and West formed of a glittering patchwork of luxury and adventure.   view

Palmarina is located on the Bodrum Peninsula in Yalikavak, 18km West of Bodrum.  The town has been inhabited since at least the second millennium BC and was once the main fishing port of Bodrum.  Today Yalikavak is considered the most elite village on the Peninsula and is visited by tourists from all over the world.

The city has a number of attractions, including the blue flag beaches, the shopping and Thursday market selling local arts, jewellery and souvenirs, as well as a multitude of restaurants and bars, serving fish and local dishes.  Nearby Bodrum has a more vibrant night life, as well as ancient relics including the ancient Roman city of Ephesus, the Castle of Knights of John and the ancient Mausoleum.

For those looking to explore the area, Marmaris, Alanya and Altinkum are popular holiday resorts around the coast, or further afield there lie the Greek Islands to the West, Cyprus to the East and Egypt to the South.
