The 44M will have three decks and a sunbathing area. On the lower deck there are two twin staterooms, two VIP each with bathroom ensuite. Also on the lower deck will be the crew area which has been designed to comfortably house 11 crew members and also a big laundry area. The garage and a “private beach” on the extreme aft are also present on this deck. In the main deck is present a 40 metre square living, a bar with a lounge area and a dining room with a twelve-person capacity table custom made. This room can be also transformed in a business room for meetings thanks to glass sliding doors that separate that for the rest of the living. A pantry is just in front this area and is in connection with the main galley and the living area for crew. The galley is a synthesis of pragmatic use of the space and elegance, Gaggenau components are fully included in the interior layout of the area. A stunning full-beam master stateroom is located in the fore area of the main deck. A king size bed is in the centre of the room with a panoramic view of 180°. A glass sliding door goes to a private terrace on the fore area. A bathroom with jacuzzi and steam shower and a big dressing are also included in this area. The upper deck is dedicated to the owner's studio, is also present a confortable guest cabin fully equipped and the big wheelhouse. An exterior dining area is at starboard with a dining area-12 people capacity, from this area a staircase goes to the sun deck that has been conceived for relax and outdoor leisure: wet bar, wash basin, grill and two refrigerators, jacuzzi, shower under the roll bar and sunbeds. The material used for the interiors matches dark wood such as ebony and wengè with fair wool and steel, onix and glass. The brightness of the living areas is highlighted by fair colours on floors and on ceilings. Nuances and materials and also the minimal and simmetric style represent a compendium of the yacht.
