70m HSMY

Barracuda Yacht Design’s 70m concept seeks to claim back the look and popularity of less ostentatious yachts, with this well-proportioned design offering minimalist styling.

The Barracuda 70m concept sports a long hull and narrow beam, with traditional gangways and visible handrails giving the design a refreshingly grounded appeal.

The entrance is located starboard on the main deck and leads through to the main dining room, large saloon and aft-patio area.

The concept also offers a spacious owner’s area to include a large office, saloon, separate breakfast area, twin bathrooms and twin walk-in wardrobes. Side windows and skylights ensure plenty of natural light.

In addition to the owner’s suite, the 70m concept offers accommodation for up to eight guests in four suites, which can be likened to a hotel suite with double bathrooms and separate saloon/office area.

The upper deck offers a less formal coffee/dining area, and cinema lounge.

Other highlights of this sleek 70m concept include a spectacular waterside beach area and gymnasium, with hull doors on either side allowing guests to choose whether to enjoy the sunlight, or protected shade.

Hull doors are also incorporated to reveal two 6.2m tenders, and an aft deck patio area leads up to a ‘touch and go’ height adjustable helipad.

The Barracuda 70m concept can also accommodate up to 16 crew members, who can access their accommodation and all service and utility areas completely independently, allowing complete privacy for guests.
