Oceanco Elixir 110

The Elixir 110m project represents the distinctive outcome of a close collaboration between Oceanco and Bannenberg & Rowell.

The studio’s overarching belief that engineering and architecture must combine to produce real innovation are captured in this purposeful exterior.

Features of note include :

- An aft-facing Owner’s Suite on the top deck, sitting in private seclusion with its own balcony
- An expansive spa area, located forward on the main deck, extending out onto the foredeck to create an intimate outdoor sanctuary
- A grand stairwell connects the Beach Club and Main Saloon on two decks, thereby linking two of the key living spaces on board
- The transom door rotates about a single point. When open, it acts as a canopy for the pool without obstructing sightlines, or the relationship between the pool deck and the aft bathing platform.

Overall, the taut simplicity of the yacht’s lines are complemented by a fresh interior optimised for contemporary living, and where the distinction between indoor and outdoor life is blended to the finest possible point.
