The second “X Generation” Pershing yacht is a revolutionary maxi coupé in terms of both design and performance. It features a state-of-the-art integrated control, manoeuvring & monitoring system, and a futuristic helm station created with Poltrona Frau.
With its amazing rigidity, lightness and technological equipment, the Pershing 9X offers performance at the very top of its class and unique comfort thanks to its quiet running, even at high speeds, and its lack of roll at anchor thanks to 2 Seakeeper NG9 gyro stabilisers, which can be installed on request and were included on the first unit.
The fully integrated drive, navigation and monitoring systems ensure an unprecedented yachting experience in terms of performance and trim optimisation, as well as total control of the on-board systems, with customised displays on the monitors.
The new joystick functions and the surface drive system enhances the handling capabilities in restricted areas.
The 4 glazed windows with portholes in the hull bulwarks (providing a total glass surface of over 15 m2) offer unparalleled levels of natural light inside.
The open-air foredeck area and the sundeck combine supreme comfort with maximum privacy.
The interior décor takes elegance and sophistication to new heights.
The helm station is a real masterpiece that was jointly designed by Pershing and Poltrona Frau to celebrate 10 years of working in partnership.
The Pershing 9X is equipped with twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines generating 2,638 mhp each, combined with a Top System surface drive with Rolla surface propellers. The coupé's performance is at the top of its class: in test displacement mode it reached a top speed of 42 knots and a cruising speed of up to 38 knots, with an impressive maximum range of 380 nautical miles.
