From 17–20 December 2026, 1970 brings an exclusive gathering of superyachts to the Dominican Republic for four days of exceptional experiences, effortless luxury and island discovery. Hosted at Casa de Campo, guests will move seamlessly between world-class golf, private adventures, fine dining and the Caribbean’s spectacular landscapes. More than a rendezvous, 1970 is an invitation to experience the Dominican Republic at its most extraordinary — with the yacht as the starting point.

2026 marks the beginning of a new chapter for superyachting in the Dominican Republic, with 1970 bringing together an invitation-only community for four days of exceptional experiences, discovery and island life.

Based at Casa de Campo, guests can shape their days around a carefully considered programme of private golf, a pro-am padel tournament and helicopter adventures into the Anamuya jungle. Further afield, private aircraft transfers lead to white-water rafting on the Yaque del Norte, while excursions to Samaná coincide with the annual humpback whale migration.

After dark, evenings range from illuminated golf, rum tasting and hand-rolled cigars at Casa de Campo to front-row access to world-class entertainment at the historic Altos de Chavón Amphitheatre. And these experiences are only part of what awaits, with the wider programme offering further opportunities to discover the island through its landscapes, culture, cuisine and coastline.

This is the Dominican Republic beyond the postcard: private, adventurous and richly varied, with a superyacht and thoughtfully designed itinerary providing the freedom to experience it all.
