Azimut Yachts Launches 18th Grande 35 Metri

Azimut Yachts has announced the launch of the 18th unit of the Azimut Grande 35 Metri. Hitting the water at its Viareggio shipyard, the 18th launch confirms the popularity of the flagship line since her official debut during the Cannes Boat Show in 2017.

The prolific Italian shipbuilder collaborated with Stefano Righini on the Azimut Grande 35 Metri’s timeless exterior lines. Cool, sophisticated interiors were put together by Achille Salvagni. 

The 35 Metri has proved a success with owners as a result of her spectacular features. These include an innovative third deck, side garage for 5m tender plus jet ski, excellent seaworthiness, stabilisers and thrusters from CMC marine. With an expansive owners’ suite on the main deck opening out onto the sea with a balcony, comfort and intimacy are key themes of the yacht’s design.

Azimut was able to achieve the size and volume of the Grande 35 Metri with thanks to intelligent design, coupled with extensive use of carbon fiber on the upper parts of the yacht to expand volumes and reduce fuel consumption. The addition of a D2P ® (Displacement to Planing hull) allows the Azimut Grande 35 Metri to achieve class-leading efficiency and performance.
