Bilgin Delivers First 52-Metre TAMASHA Ahead of Aegean Summer Season
Bilgin Yachts has delivered M/Y TAMASHA, the first hull in its new 52-metre series, in the first week of May 2026. Launched in October 2025, the steel-hulled superyacht is now ready to begin her maiden Mediterranean season, with plans to cruise extensively in the Aegean.
TAMASHA represents a significant step forward for the Turkish yard’s 52-metre (Bilgin 170) platform. She features a bold, athletic exterior designed by Unique Yacht Design, defined by a striking sculpted bow and a distinctive light brown hull: a first for Bilgin. This custom colour creates a warm, organic contrast with the sea and sets the tone for the yacht’s overall aesthetic.
Inside, Hot Lab has created contemporary interiors that emphasise volume, natural light and sophisticated comfort. The layout prioritises seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, making her an ideal social hub for both relaxed family cruising and larger-scale entertaining. Expansive social areas and a strong connection to the water were central to the owner’s vision.
Emrecan Özgün of Unique Yacht Design said: ‘The vision for TAMASHA was to create a yacht that is both a personal statement and a social hub. Her distinctive light brown hull was chosen to create a stunning, organic harmony with the water. Every line and space was designed in direct response to the owner’s lifestyle.’
Nikolay Kondratiev, the owner’s representative, added: ‘This was one of the best projects in my life in terms of cooperation with the yard’s team. A high level of proficiency and responsibility of the workers, supported by a great corporate working culture and reliable top management, allowed us to deliver the client the best yacht Bilgin has ever built on their fifty-metre platform.’
With her delivery now complete, TAMASHA joins the water at a time of strong momentum for Bilgin Yachts. Market interest in the 52-metre series has been exceptional, with the order book now standing at seven yachts. Further details on the following hulls are expected to be released in the coming months.
This delivery reinforces Bilgin’s growing presence in the 50-metre-plus segment, blending Dutch-level engineering standards with distinctive Turkish design flair and owner-centric customisation.
