Bilgin Yachts Launches Second 50m Bilgin 163

Featuring exterior design and naval architecture by Turkish studio Unique Yacht Design and interior design by Italian-based design studio Hot Lab, the new 50m 163 showcases an impressive blend of trendy, modern features and comfortable, luxury qualities. 

‘We foresee a further enhancement in the distinctive signature of Bilgin Yachts,’ commented Bilgin Yachts’ CEO İsmail Şengün, ‘Bilgin 163 is one of our most ambitious projects and a perfect sample of what we can offer to our clients.’ 

With a 20% increase in onboard space compared to other yachts of the same size, the second Bilgin 163 offers a spacious six-cabin layout, enhanced by a harmonious natural colour scheme and high-quality finishes and materials. 

Enrico Lumini, Hot Lab Partner and Head of Design, commented: ‘Bilgin 163 follows the studio’s new philosophy “Architecture for Voyagers” and focuses on cleanliness of architectural volumes, and a renewed sense for a softness of lines. A plastic minimalism, sober, but rich in details.’ According to Lumini, the Bilgin 163 will harbour a, ‘modern, rich, yet warm' feeling onboard, achieved through the use of mellow woods and natural leathers. 

Outside, the exterior living areas offer large entertaining spaces that perfectly match with the luxurious interior decor throughout, offering a significant increase in space from the yacht's predecessors. Emrecan Özgün of Unique Yacht Design added that the growth in space, ‘also gives a sporty look to the Bilgin 163.’

This second Bilgin 163 vessel is now making her way for her final outfitting, due for delivery before the 2023 Monaco Yacht Show. As an on-spec project build, she is currently available for sale.
