Cantiere Delle Marche Launches 43m Acala

By Danny Wiser

Cantiere delle Marche has announced the launch of a 43m explorer yacht in the presence of her new owners.

Her detailed technical specifications were the most “comprehensive specs” CdM have ever drawn up according to co-founder Vasco Buonpensiere.

The Sales & Marketing Director said: “In the light of these approach and procedures, within the team we joke around saying that we have built the smallest 80-metre yacht ever built!

Acala, commissioned by a repeat client, was designed by naval architects Sergio Cutolo and Hydro Tec.

Her eye catching exterior was overseen by Horacio Bozzo Design whilst her luxurious inner ambience was crafted by Mexican architect Simon Hamuí.

Her intricate design features space across three decks as well as a large and partially shaded sun deck.

Sleeping 12 guests in six suites, the yacht has numerous social spaces for guests to mingle including an al fresco dining area, a bar and a vast sunbathing area.

In terms of entertainment, guests can enjoy her large panoramic sky lounge as well as her two swimming pools.

The Italian-build will have a range of above 5000 nautical miles at 10 knots and a top speed of 14 knots, making her a perfect choice to explore the world in.
