Cecil Wright Confirms CA of 95m KISMET with Significant Price Drop

By Emily Dawkins

Boutique yacht brokerage house Cecil Wright has confirmed its new appointment as the global central agent for the sale of Lurssen’s 95m masterpiece KISMET. Currently the largest yacht for sale available for immediate use, the 95m saw a significant reduction of €20,000,000 in asking price following the London-based brokerage's new appointment. KISMET is now asking €149,000,000.

There is no doubt about it that Lurssen’s 95m motor yacht KISMET is spectacular in every essence. Designed to be the ultimate luxury charter vessel, KISMET’s wide range of amenities, features and lavish yet comfortable design ensures just that for guests stepping onboard.

With exteriors designed by none other than world-renowned designer Espen Oeino, and interiors by award-winning interior design studio Reymond Langton Design, 2014-delivered KISMET boasts a breathtaking design from aft to bow.

With an original brief of ‘relaxed opulence’ and a ‘Champagne & Caviar’ theme, Reymond Langton Design has created exemplary versatile spaces onboard. KISMET’s double-height main saloon is adorned in black and gold Art Deco furniture and finishes, and is remarkably equipped with two fireplaces for after-hours relaxing. An ornate centrepiece grand piano sits underneath a breathtaking sweeping staircase that is flanked by two full-height video walls, connecting the main and upper deck aft in style, and with ease. Other notable rooms onboard include the sumptuous and stylish sky lounge, as well as the large sports bar that can open to reveal the vast deck aft as well as transform into a nightclub when a party calls.

For those seeking relaxation onboard KISMET, her mosaic-tiled pool with inset jacuzzi on the upper foredeck offer panoramic views whilst cruising or at anchor. A firepit with an integrated waterfall on the aft deck provides just the right amount of heat for alfresco dining nearby, or for those seeking outside dining in poor weather, they can head to the winter garden on the upper deck for a continued exceptional dining experience. A cinema screen on the foredeck also creates the perfect movie night location. During the day, guests can head to the secondary foredeck helipad to play a game of basketball on the convertible court, or instead, relax on the main helipad on the bridge deck which effortlessly transforms into another relaxed lounging area.

Inside, guests can continue their wellness escape with a fully dedicated spa which includes a hammam, spa bath, cold plunge pool, steam shower, massage room and a state-of-the-art gym, later being pampered in the separate hair and beauty salon.

16 guests are comfortably accommodated in eight lavish staterooms, with the dedicated owner’s suite, complete with a private deck, jacuzzi, his and hers bathrooms, personal office and direct access to the helipad, situated forward on the upper deck. A crew of 26, plus Captain, offer guests the very best service onboard.

Founder of Cecil Wright, Chris Cecil-Wright commented on the brokerage house’s new appointment: ‘KISMET is quite simply a masterpiece in today’s market and made more attractive by her asking price which has been reduced by twenty million euros. This equates to a price per gross ton of 49,500 euros which is about half of her current newbuild cost so offers phenomenal value to a new owner. Coupled with the fact that KISMET is available to start cruising immediately, for private use or on the charter market, she must surely be the best opportunity in the large yacht sector today.’

KISMET features ‘at anchor stabilisers’ for increased comfort at anchor. She has a maximum speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots with a range of 6,000nm.
