Charter Spotlight: Cecil Wright and a Year of Exceptional Yachts
For Cecil Wright & Partners, 2025 was a year of exploration, innovation, and no shortage of memorable launches. The brokerage has long been known for their quietly confident approach to luxury yachting, curating a fleet where every vessel tells its own story, and every charter feels personal.
The year began with the continued success of KING BENJI, a 47-metre superyacht from Dunya Yachts. Launched at the Palm Beach Yacht Show in March, she is designed for adventure without sacrificing style. Ten guests are hosted across five stylish cabins, with versatile social spaces that include retractable glass saloons, a foredeck plunge pool, and a crow’s nest with sweeping views. With a crew of nine, KING BENJI offers a perfect mix of indulgence and livable, playful spaces.
Sailing fans were treated to PERSEUS, a 49.8-metre Perini Navi joining the fleet in November. Sleek, elegant, and effortlessly graceful under sail, PERSEUS is equally at home with a family aboard or a reunion of friends. Her five cabins, including a full-beam master suite with private lounge, accommodate 10 guests, while her devoted crew of nine ensures every journey is seamless.
December brought MOKA, a 42.2-metre Sanlorenzo expedition yacht built for those who crave adventure. She combines long-range capability with light-filled, contemporary interiors, expansive decks, and a beach club with bar and infinity pool. Whether reveling in the sea or relaxing in the pool, MOKA invites guests to enjoy exploration without compromise.
The fleet’s momentum carried into the new year with CONTIGO, launched this month. Formerly ALMAX, this 50-metre Sanlorenzo 50Steel is a masterclass in modern Italian design by Zuccon, with interiors by Piero Lissoni. Ten guests are accommodated across five cabins, with expansive indoor–outdoor spaces, dual pools, a beach club, and the signature Ocean Lounge. Her green methanol fuel cell system and Siemens Energy technology make her a pioneer in eco-conscious chartering, a yacht that proves sustainability can be effortlessly stylish.
With these additions, Cecil Wright’s charter fleet now numbers 15 Central Agency yachts, including the iconic KISMET. Each vessel is distinct, but together they embody the firm’s philosophy: understated luxury, meticulous attention to detail, and unforgettable experiences. 2026 looks set to be another year of curated adventures, with Cecil Wright leading the way in intelligent, personal yachting.
"A masterclass in contemporary design chic, CONTIGO, formerly ALMAX, is a remarkable 50m Sanlorenzo 50Steel crafted for charterers who seek style, sophistication and effortless luxury."
