CRN Successfully Delivers 52m M/Y CIAO

By Emily Dawkins

The 52m motor yacht, CIAO, the latest custom vessel from Italian yacht builder and brand of Ferretti Group CRN, has been successfully delivered to her owner. Departing this morning from the Ferretti Group shipyard in Ancona, the 52m yacht is now on her way to the Mediterranean for her maiden voyage.

Following the recent delivery of the breathtaking 62m RIO, the Italian yard is once again showcasing its impressive capabilities with its newest delivery.

At 52m in length with a beam of 9m and a gross tonnage of 499, M/Y CIAO boasts unmissable taut, flowing lines and a dynamic and sporty personality. Making waves at her launch at the end of May, the fully custom ‘work of art’ CIAO has been developed with versatile external spaces and a harmonious flow of space in mind.

Designed and built by CRN, with collaboration from Omega Architects for the exterior, and Massari Design for the interiors, the all-aluminium superyacht is an incredible example of the yard’s entirely bespoke superyachts. Spanning four decks and accommodating up to ten guests in five cabins, the vessel offers the perfect entertaining vessel.

With two sizable lounges, a spa pool, numerous alfresco dining areas and a generous leisure and wellness zone within a luxurious beach club, CIAO flawlessly represents the vision of her knowledgeable owner’s passion for onboard life. Inspired by a ‘perfect harmony among the spaces’ the 52m yacht welcomes comfortable open-air areas and social zones, balanced by large indoor spaces; all cleverly interconnected to create a sense of satisfying unity and versatility throughout.

CIAO’s sale was brokered by Eduardo Cury, President of Miami Yacht Access, and her new owner is now represented by Antonello Vittorio Meloni.

With its two recent successful deliveries, we can expect a lot more from the Italian shipyard, with three other fully custom yachts currently under construction: 72m CRN M/Y 139, 60m CRN M/Y 141, and 67m CRN M/Y 143.

We would like to congratulate CRN and all those involved in yet another successful 2022 delivery. We can’t wait to see what will come next from the Ancona-based yard.
