Denison Presents “Groundbreaking Design” Project UNIQUE 71

By Danny Wiser

Design studio Skystyle has teamed up with Denison to present its concept of 71m motor yacht Project UNIQUE 71.

Having met Denison broker Alex G. Clarke at the 2021 Monaco Yacht Show, lead designers Lucas Colombo and Max Pardo knew that working alongside Denison would be a perfect fit.

Colombo said: “Denison showed great interest in the project and our intention to add new and fresh values to the yacht industry.

“We quickly understood that there was a great chance for a very interesting synergy, for UNIQUE 71’s future.”

Both Colombo and Pardo previously worked with aviation giants Boeing and in their design of Project UNIQUE 71 seek to apply their skills to the aviation industry.

With space for 12 guests in her fully equipped private suites, the pièce de résistance of her accommodation can be found in the owner’s deck which is designed with an illuminated ceiling that can be set to automatically open for an ocean breeze.

Her ample relaxation areas that include a theatre, billiard room and sauna guarantee that Project UNIQUE 71 will certainly provide a comfortable environment for those on board.

Other modern amenities such as a touch-and-go helipad and a plunge pool with an automatic cover, match her immensely futuristic design.

The U.S.-based broker is now left with the task of finding a suitable shipyard for her build.

The challenge is to find a shipyard that can understand this vision and the client’s goals — both as an individual and in their business/ personal use of the yacht,” said the aforementioned Brooke.

We look forward to playing a small role in making this dream come true.”
