Fraser Yachts Discuss The Challenges Of The Present Market
Fraser Yachts are a well-established and highly respected name in the field of yachts sales, charters, and management, But like every other company in the yachting industry, they have felt the force of the economic turbulence of recent years.
We sat down with Fraser’s Executive Chairman Roberto Georgi and Commercial Director Vassilis Fotilas on the first day of the Monaco Yacht Show to hear their thoughts on the current conditions of the superyacht market.
“We never stabilise in the world we live in today,” he said. “Politics is impacting people and you can see stock markets going up and down.
“No doubt the Chinese, the evaluation of the currency can suffer, the issue about anti-corruption campaigns in China makes them more prudent and the same thing with the ruble’s evaluation.
“If I look from a Fraser point of view we always have quite a steady business proposition to offer our shareholders and clients.”
