Established in 1961, it’s fair to say that Vripack is no stranger to achieving milestones within the yachting world, and the slick, 24M Project Meteor is no exception to this.
Meteor sets the small boat bar high. The eye-catching, champagne-hued concept was developed under the notion of being able to get where you’re going as quickly as possible. Vripack answered with a blistering 41 knot speed.
With such speed also comes great responsibility, which is why safety and efficiency are Vripack’s highest priorities, particularly if young families are onboard. To ensure this, the yacht boasts a secure superstructure with dynamic lines and plenty of interior volume. Meteor also features retractable rolls that automatically deploy at around 20 knots with the intent to ensure comfort and stability at high speeds. The exterior design also incorporates two sliding roofs, a walk-around deck, a foredeck lounge, and swim platform aft.
When cruising at high speed, the boat can safely weave from left to right, and once at anchor, you can open the sides via the beach slope in the back, causing the boat to open up entirely.
From the beach platform, guests can move with ease into the main salon dining area with a table and bar at their disposal. The line of sight descends to the Lower Deck where 2 double Guest Cabins are found. Each bed is angled to provide stunning panoramic views out to sea, as well as 2 en-suites.
Her fresh approach to interior and ergonomic layout embraces fluidity and flow of movement. Each room is gifted with a textural variety of satin and gloss, complimented by gunmetal black diamond stitched leathers and blue velvet surfaces, a prime example of luxury and opulence in action.
The window frames feature an eggshell white textile, and all materials are sustainably and locally sourced. Above all, the concept feeds into the ever-growing demand for exceptional boats that allow owners to explore in isolation at their own pace, with their family, hassle-free.
Meteor is a masterpiece in her own right, sculpted for those who defy convention. She is emblematic of how Vripack continues to change the mould in naval architecture and design in a way that makes each owner feel at home at sea.
The package may be small, but the opportunities are endless.
