Gulf Craft Double Delivery of Majesty 100

By George Bains

Gulf Craft has announced the delivery of hulls 8 and 9 of the superyacht Majesty 100 series. The superyachts, both 31.7m in length and christened M/Y Harmony and M/Y Isla respectively, have been handed over to their owners through a unique virtual handover before heading to Genoa.

Both Majesty 100 superyachts have bespoke elements to their design which cater to the individual owner’s preferences, with Gulf Craft’s in-house studio taking care of the interior and exterior design.

The superyachts were both built with an all-FRP structure, and standout features include folding balconies on both sides of the aft cockpit, floor-to-ceiling glazing in the main deck saloon and an upper deck sky-lounge offering 360-degree views. Sublime luxury waits in store for up to 10 guests, while 5 crew members will be on hand to attend to their every need.

“The Majesty 100 has been the shipyard’s start since its launch in 2017,” said Nizar Tagi, Chief Commercial Officer of Gulf Craft. “Being an entry superyacht of the Majesty Yachts brand, the Majesty 100 has quickly achieved international success with deliveries made to Europe, Australia, Middle East, Africa and America. The model provides supreme luxury and comfort with class leading space utilization. We are also very excited to have multiple ongoing discussions with prospect clients for future sales of this model.”

The sale of M/Y Harmony was finalised by Jonacor Marine, the distributor for Gulf Craft in Russia and Ukraine who also acted as owners’ representative during the construction phase. Alexey Iova, Development Director at Jonacor Marine, stated: “Having worked with many international yacht brands, the Majesty 100 offers a multitude of unique features that are unprecedent for a yacht of this size.

“We have noticed a growing interest from our clientele towards this superyacht, having sold three already. Clients choose this model for its high standards of reliability, comfort, supreme space, and sea keeping capabilities.”

M/Y Isla has been sold to an experienced charterer looking to make their first yacht purchase. Gulf Craft paid special attention to fulfilling their needs for a family-oriented superyacht and she features an extended tender lift platform to fit a 5.2m dinghy which then doubles as an expansive lounge area. The superyacht is charter ready, with upgrades including integrated Audio/Visual systems, higher-grade galley equipment and an environmentally friendly water treatment solution all installed specifically for this purpose. The owner worked very closely with the shipyard during the process to achieve an inspiring yacht.

The pioneering Emirates superyacht builder has emerged strongly in the second part of this year, and last week we reported on the private viewings held by Gulf Craft in Dubai. We look forward to seeing the latest Majesty 100 superyachts cruising the waters this summer as they both head to Genoa.
