Gulf Craft Launches Mobile App

A brand new mobile app has been launched by Emirati shipyard Gulf Craft.

The free app is part of the yacht builder’s digital transformation in an attempt to improve their customers’ experience.

CEO of the UAE-based yacht builder, Talal Nasralla, indicated that a major aim of the app to connect its worldwide network of distribution partners with its established community of yacht owners and prospective customers across the globe.

The importance of taking advantage of the vast global market is important to Nasralla as Gulf Craft expand “with particular focus on Europe and the US”.

At Gulf Craft we are constantly innovating and embracing technology as part of our long-term digitalization plans, not only to keep our business functioning seamlessly but to connect us with our community,” said Nasralla.

The Official Gulf Craft app is part of our growing digital infrastructure which allows us to open up the world of Gulf Craft in a single click and helps make learning more about our products and services easier than ever before.”

The app, which can be downloaded on Android and iOS devices, has a variety of functions.

Users can request appointments, quotations and locate local dealers.

In addition, they can use the app to connect with Gulf Craft to book appointments at any of their three facilities in Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and the Maldives.

Meanwhile, global partners can log in to a secure area within the app to access a library of useful digital resources and can use the technology to take clients on virtual tours of Gulf Craft’s fleet, with a tool to instantly share content with customers via WhatsApp.

The Gulf Craft chief added: “We are proud to be able to offer our customers a one-stop-shop where they can find information, content and connect with us.”
