The project strives to deliver the very best services to its international residents, all of whom have a desire for health and wellness, discovery, philanthropy and adventure. Through the partnership with Chenot, Njord’s residents will benefit from a world-class medical spa facility, alongside extensive health and wellness programmes.

Chenot’s service also includes transformative wellness treatments, individually tailored holistic routines and preventative therapies, all based on the Chenot Method. The 930sqm facility will be located on Deck 10, with stunning open-ended panoramic views and signature Chenot interiors of modern understated luxury.

Dr George Gaitanos, Chenot’s Chief Operating and Scientific Officer, explains: “Our wellbeing is a non-negotiable necessity to life and no longer optional, especially while travelling extensively and for a long time. This partnership will offer a transformational experience integrating health with wellbeing resulting in an extraordinary ‘vitality to life’.

“It is this vitality that provides the full strength of energy and harmony in life that must be reflected within us on a daily basis. Our partnership with M/Y Njord provides residents and their families, friends and guests access to something that is beyond the world of spas. It is exclusive, immersive and most importantly a complete and distinct experience. The science behind Chenot combines with the services and lifestyle on the superyacht will lead to guests experiencing the absolute,” concludes Dr Gaitanos.

Njord is a truly unique project which has already attracted some of the most esteemed names in design. Working alongside chief designer Jean-Louis Stutzmann is Norwegian design icon Espen Øino. Last year, Espen told Superyachts.com’s Jenna Mehdi that he believes Njord offers ‘the best of two worlds’ and ‘a floating apartment with all the advantages of a yacht’. Lending their expertise to the interior design of Njord is renowned design firm FM Architettura, one of a few selected residence signature designers.

Chenot is the latest high-profile specialist to join Njord, creating an unprecedented on-board wellness destination. Setting a new standard with treatments combined with an extraordinary level of personalised care and service, Chenot adds something truly special which residents can enjoy whilst the superyacht transports them to the most exquisite locations across the globe.

“There is clearly a growing demand for a private, bespoke yachting lifestyle where residents, their families and guests can travel in a safe and healthy environment,” says Alain Gruber, COO of Ocean Residences Development. “M/Y Njord will be very appealing to those who share a sense of adventure, desire personal enrichment and life-changing experiences.
