Health and Wellness Pioneer Joins 282m M/Y Njord Project

Ocean Residences Development Ltd. and Chenot have joined forces to offer the very best in 21st-century health and wellness on board M/Y Njord, the ultimate private residential community at sea.

With the mission to provide the finest address, everywhere in the world, Njord boasts 118 luxury residences in 21 distinct configurations, comprising two to six bedrooms ranging from 116sqm to 800sqm.

Njord is a truly unique project which has already attracted some of the most esteemed names in design. Working alongside chief designer Jean-Louis Stutzmann is Norwegian design icon Espen Øino. Last year, Espen told Superyachts.com’s Jenna Mehdi that he believes Njord offers ‘the best of two worlds’ and ‘a floating apartment with all the advantages of a yacht’. Lending their expertise to the interior design of Njord is renowned design firm FM Architettura, one of a few selected residence signature designers.

Chenot is the latest high-profile specialist to join Njord, creating an unprecedented on-board wellness destination. The remarkable Njord project is being constructed by DIV Shipbuilding Group for delivery in 2024. The hull and superstructure are to be built in Brodosplit, Croatia.
