Hill Robinson Appoints Paul Cook as New COO

Paul Cook has extensive industry experience and has overseen periods of exceptional growth and success as General Manager of Port Vell Marina. The Hill Robinson Group has expressed its delight at recruiting someone whose ‘abilities in management, commercial development and operational efficiency are well evidenced’.

Paul began his maritime career in the Royal Navy, moving then on to captaincy of superyachts before choosing to turn his extensive organisational and leadership skills to directorship roles and business management on shore.

Paul’s experience covers international operations, complex contractual structures, and strategic brand positions, with Hill Robinsons seeing potential to generate new business under his guidance, expanding the company’s service offering and deepening client loyalty.

Paul’s role will see him responsible for ensuring that Hill Robinson has the highly-skilled and motivated team, processes and procedures that will best support its global client base.
