Interior Insight: Moonen Unveils the Latest Renderings of Moonen 122 Martinique’s Interiors

By Frances Flannagan

Moonen Yachts has unveiled the latest interior design renderings of its newest in-build project: the Moonen 122 Martinique. Epitomised by comfort and refinement, her luxurious and meticulously crafted design can be seen in every single detail, from the sophisticated colour palette to the elegance of the furnishings.

In collaboration with Hollander Yacht Design, Moonen Yachts has now revealed the stunning interior concept for the 37.4m Moonen 122 Martinique, a stunning design which her new Owner will be able to canvas upon to suit their personal desires. Moonen’s in-house interior engineering, carpentry, paint shop and outfitting teams have poured their expertise into her design, now making great progress in her development.

Nicky van Zon, Technical Director at Moonen, commented: ‘The great advantage of having our own in-house experts is that we can respond quickly and flexibly to owner requests throughout the rest of the build. We are a boutique builder with a personal approach. That is what makes building at Moonen such an enjoyable experience.’

From the moment her new Owner steps onboard, the interior design will be unmistakably Moonen; featuring refined and modern qualities combined with a relaxed yet sophisticated character. The idea behind her design was the idea of ‘serenity’, reflected in the use of elegant fabrics and classical elements such as dark glosses with walnut accents.

The Martinique’s interiors are relaxed and comfortable, with soft, sculptural furniture pieces complimented by elegant light fixtures, adding a touch of royalty throughout her design. This lavish feeling is continued in the bright and airy en-suite bathrooms, where crema polished marble and mother-of-pearl effect mosaics contrast the rich black and gold marble basins.

Alongside boasting an impressive volume of 345GT and high ceilings, the Martinique also offers spectacular views, thanks to panoramic windows wrapping around both the main and bridge decks. Natural light floods the forward-facing owner stateroom which is located on the main deck, whilst the other luxurious suites can be found on the lower deck, configured as two spacious VIP staterooms and two guest cabins.

The comfortable and refined nature of her interior design is matched by the yacht’s exceptionally quiet and still performance: comfortable cruising is guaranteed due to the very low noise and vibration levels. The Martinique is a fast displacement, long-range yacht, boasting a top speed of 17 knots and a range of 4000nm.

She will be the seventh yacht delivered from the Martinique design family, currently available for sale with a scheduled delivery for April 2025. For more information about this luxurious superyacht, contact Moonen Yachts.
