ISA Yachts Launches Gran Turismo 45M UV II
ISA Yachts has launched the new ISA Gran Turismo 45M superyacht UV II from its shipyard in Ancona. UV II embodies many iconic characteristics of the ISA DNA, notably her side arches connecting the three decks, and sophisticated exterior lines.
ISA Yachts, part of the Palumbo Superyachts network alongside Columbus Yachts, Mondomarine, and Extra Yachts, is synonymous with forward-thinking superyachts and superior quality.
M/Y UV II becomes the latest superyacht to be christened and join the stellar ISA Yachts fleet, with the client introduced by Peter Redford and Eugenio Cannarsa of Fraser Yachts Australia.
The 45-metre yacht features naval engineering by Palumbo Superyachts, with Enrico Gobbi of Team for Design penning the exterior design and Luca Dini Design & Architecture responsible for the interior.
UV II features large windows that open on all decks, with a harmonious colour palette in shades of gold, sand and turquoise characterising the interior spaces.
A full-beam owner cabin on the main deck forward includes an entrance hall with sofa and TV, bathroom with double sink, walk-in wardrobe, and an exclusive balcony. The owner also benefits from direct access to the forward outdoor lounge via a private staircase.
The remaining accommodation is found below deck, consisting of 4 ensuite VIP cabins, two with twin beds and two with double beds.
The superyacht has been built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, powered by 2 CAT C32 ACERT engines of 870 kW each, delivering a top speed of 16 knots and cruising speed of 14.5 knots. A 5-metre tender is stowed in the side-opening starboard garage on the lower deck.
We look forward to seeing M/Y UV II this year as she premieres at the 2023 Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Yacht Show. For ISA Yachts, there is certainly lots to look forward to with the ongoing construction of two flagship 80-metre superyachts.
"UV II will be presented as a world premiere at the 2023 Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Yacht Show."
