Keel Laid for Admiral's First 50m Panorama Model

Admiral, the flagship brand of The Italian Sea Group, has officially laid the keel of its first 50-metre Panorama model.

After selling its second unit in November of last year, Admiral is delighted to share that the second keel has now been laid; marking a whole new path and trajectory for the Italian brand.

The all-new Panorama series was first presented to the market in September 2022, marking a huge milestone for the shipyard in its collaboration with Treviso-based studio Piredda & Partners, who had penned exterior and interior design.

The model will feature a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, and is said to be designed with no barriers, creating a 'natural dialogue' between spaces. She will provide a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors; offering her owners an impressive 499GT across four decks, and a large amount of unfiltered, natural light.

"With Project Panorama, Admiral, like Picchiotti, also enters the serial production segment, always maintaining the highest quality and obsessive attention to the details when it comes to systems and interiors," says Giovanni Costantino, Founder and CEO of The Italian Sea Group.

"Serial production will allow us to expand sales while avoiding the involvement of the Group's engineering capacity dedicated to large custom-made yachts. Despite the seriality, we remain faithful to our strategy, that is the production of each single yacht is started only on the sold and without exchanges," he adds.

In terms of accommodation, she is capable of hosting up to 12 guests across six cabins which are comprised of four main deck suites and a lower deck VIP, which can be transformed into a relaxing TV room, adjacent to a perfectly equipped gym.

The owner's area will be situated on the upper deck, and graced with panoramic views from the suite thanks to curved glass and a private upper foredeck foredeck.

The remaining four guest staterooms are spacious, bright and situated on the main deck. She can also accommodate up to 10 crew members in their own quarters, including a captain's cabin.

"The keel laying is always a significant moment in the construction of a ship, especially if it is the first yacht of a new and innovative line like Admiral Panorama," explains Constantino, highlighting how introducing models such as Panorama has been a highly important aspect of the shipyard's success.

The confirmation of our position in the Global Order Book rankings as the leading Italian shipyard in the production of yachts over 50 metres further corroborates the Group's place as one of the world's major players thanks to our professionalism and the high-quality profile of our yachts.”

We look forward to the unveiling of her official delivery dates later this year.
