KISMET and Her Spectacular Pools Return to London

By Nora Hart

The 122-metre KISMET, Lürssen’s gleaming six-deck masterpiece, has made a striking return to London, and once again, all eyes are on her pool. Moored along the River Thames near Tower Bridge, the yacht’s arrival has turned one of the world’s most recognisable skylines into the perfect backdrop for her defining feature: an infinity-edge pool that merges art, engineering, and pure indulgence.

Onboard KISMET, the pool is more than a luxury; it’s a centrepiece of the yacht’s identity. Stretching across the main deck, it delivers seamless, panoramic views, whether overlooking the open sea or, this week, reflecting the lights of London’s skyline. Its infinity edge blurs the horizon, with water flowing smoothly between pools. Around it, loungers and a sleek marble bar form an elegant social hub.

Every detail of KISMET’s pool embodies the yacht’s design ethos. Advanced temperature control and water filtration systems ensure comfort in any climate, while a programmable lighting system transforms its atmosphere at will, easily curating the perfect setting. It’s this fusion of precision and pleasure that has made KISMET a symbol of modern superyacht design.

Designed by Nuvolari Lenard with interiors by Reymond Langton, KISMET represents the pinnacle of Lürssen’s craftsmanship. Her interiors are layered with marble, gold, glass, and bespoke art, while features like the two-level owner’s suite, Nemo cinema, and Balinese-inspired spa make her a sanctuary to be remembered. Yet, it’s the pool, serene, cinematic, and now shimmering against the London skyline, that continues to capture attention and imaginations.

As KISMET prepares to continue her journey, her brief stop in the capital reminds the industry how far the superyacht pool has come. Once a simple luxury, it has become a stage for creative design, for innovation, and for the enduring allure of yachting.

KISMET is currently available for charter with Cecil Wright.
