Lürssen’s 82m Project CALI Embarks on Sea Trials

By Frances Flannagan

Following her launch in October 2023, Lürssen’s Project CALI has headed to the Kiel Canal to begin sea trials. She boasts an array of standout features, with her large beach club and expansive sun deck being two of the most impressive.

Designed in-house at Lürssen by Jim Robert Sluijter, Project CALI is an 82m Lürssen superyacht that embodies everything one would expect from a luxury vessel. She has a tri-deck layout, with expansive deck spaces and a wealth of al fresco areas, cultivating a connection between the guests and their surroundings.

She boasts a 30m sun deck, perfect for activities throughout the day and well into the night, with a jacuzzi, bar, lounge area, and a dining area complete with a barbecue, pizza oven and an outdoor cinema. Project CALI is the ideal vessel for a family with a passion for the outdoors, with the addition of a spacious beach club on the lower deck, connected to a large swim platform aft.

Project CALI has a sleek and elegant look, emphasised by the reverse bow shape, with her interiors expected to be just as impressive, penned by RWD.

After her sea trials, Project CALI is scheduled for delivery for Q1 2024.
