Marina Port Valencia Begins Phased Waterfront Transformation

The marina’s inner basin, Marina City, is positioned in the port’s most sheltered area and is designed to accommodate yachts from 12 to 130 metres. At its centre is an exclusive pontoon with berths from 15 metres, available to buy or rent on ten-, fifteen- or twenty-year terms, alongside 24-hour security, fuel services and on-site parking.

This summer also brings fresh activity to Marina Norte, where a restaurant will open in the former Panorama building, introducing a new dining destination to Valencia’s waterfront. Construction is also set to begin on a series of corporate buildings intended to attract leading companies and create a setting for networking, innovation and talent.

The wider redevelopment will continue in planned phases over the coming years, allowing the public to experience each new part of the marina as it is delivered. A landscaped green corridor, designed by GM Paisajistas in coordination with ERRE Arquitectura, will link Marina Norte, Marina City and Marina Sur through Mediterranean planting and pedestrian and cycling routes.

Ultimately, Marina Port Valencia is being shaped as more than a marina, with sustainability, public access and premium waterfront use forming the core of its long-term vision. As the project advances, it aims to strengthen Valencia’s connection to the sea while establishing a destination with both local appeal and international reach.
