MYS 2021: Marina Casa de Campo on the Rise of a Superyacht Haven

On the rise as a top superyachting destination, the Dominican Republic is home to the luxury superyacht marina, Marina Casa de Campo: "Dominican Republic has it all." the General Director commented. "Marina Casa de Campo is like the country, it also has it all."

Unlike some of the other marinas around the Bahamas and the Caribbean, Casa de Campo provides leading serivces for elite superyachts and their owners: "We, in our resort Casa de Campo [...] we have ranked number one in the Caribbean and number 27 in the world." shares Jose Ganzalvo.

The marina and adjacent resort enjoys a very prestigious celebrity clientele so they are well versed in rolling out the red carpet and ensuring privacy for all its guests. The features of the resort include beautiful private beaches and islands only accessible by yacht: "In our marina we have two islands very close by [...] you can go there by yacht and enjoy those beaches which are extremely beautiful white sand beaches. It's like a dream to go to those islands and enjoy and relaxing with your family and your friends."   

As an emerging hub for superyachting in central America, the future is bright for the Dominican Republic and Marina Casa de Campo: "By November this year we are going to celebrating our 20th anniversary at the marina and at the same time we are going to be celebrating the Casa de Campo's 50th anniversary of the complex. So we are very excited about it!"
