MYS 2022: YPI Crew on Finding a Voice in Crew Recruitment

Laurence Lewis, President of YPI Crew, commented on the firm’s 20th-anniversary achievement: ‘it's certainly a huge milestone for us. I’m very proud of our team; I’m surrounded by courageous intelligent women who have really been with me along the way.’

As the frontrunner for crew recruitment, the YPI Crew President shares an insight into the strong foundations that the firm has been built on: ‘it's all about partnership and trust. And of course trust, you need to have a lot of trust in recruitment and that's really the backbone of who we are.’

It's a three-way conversation between a recruiter, a candidate and a client,’ the President told us when we asked about what it takes for successful recruitment to take place, ‘you really need to have a voice and opinions…when all of these elements come together then the magic is created.’
