MYS 2024: An Insight into Arrow Monaco's Vision & Current Strategy
During an insightful interview at the Superyachts.com interview studio during the Monaco Yacht Show 2024, Arrow Monaco representatives, Yerin Hobson (Owner and CEO) and Noel Walsh (Technical Director) discussed the unique advantages of being a smaller independent company in the yachting industry, their current fleet, and their plans towards the future.
Arrow Monaco emphasised the significance of strong relationships and effective communication, both with clients and within the broader industry. ‘Relationship is everything; yachting is purely a human business’, commented Yerin Hobson, Owner & CEO of Arrow Monaco.
The duo discussed their exceptional fleet, currently with 36 yachts under operation management and overseeing the construction of 12 more, most of which exceed 60 metres in length. The team highlighted the importance of the Monaco Yacht Show for enhancing their visibility and industry presence. Having attended for 24 consecutive years, they acknowledged the challenges but affirmed that foot traffic to their booth remains consistently high.
Hobson explained: ‘We never know how to judge the value of the boat show, it's very hard to do in our industry… but the traffic that we get coming to see us is non stop every day.’
Looking ahead, Hobson and Walsh expressed satisfaction with the American office's growth three years into its establishment and noted an increasing interest from clients in Asia and the Middle East. The company reiterated its commitment to maintaining its current strategy without any drastic changes, focusing instead on consistency and quality service.
Overall, Arrow Monaco's participation in the Monaco Yacht Show reinforces its dedication to fostering relationships and delivering exceptional management services within the superyacht sector.
