Sasha Curti & Candice Christiansen, Co Founder and COO of Charter Itinerary, joined our interview studio where they discussed exciting upcoming developments happening for the company. The duo uncovered its focus on expanding client bases to Captains and private yachts and the importance of data protection.

For Charter Itinerary, data protection is a key topic, as Candice Christiansen highlighted the increasing number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals on their platform. ‘They have given us more incentive to make sure that our platform is as secure as it possibly can be…The privacy of your clients’ data is mandatory; it’s a legal and ethical obligation,’ she stated, underscoring the brand's dedication to ensuring robust security measures.

The company teased an exciting innovative feature aimed at transforming charter experiences: ‘Charters aren't just about being on the yacht, it's an immersive experience that the clients can have taking their charters to another level’. While any further details weren’t revealed, she reported that the company has a feature on the way that is bound to elevate charters to unprecedented heights. 

Additionally, Charter Itinerary also has a reporting feature for enterprise clients, allowing the manager of the company account to have a report of how the platform is being used by their users. This way they can start to gauge some interesting details on the charters that brokers are overseeing; this element of data able to help them optimise their marketing strategy by marketing in the right places for the future
