MYS 2024: Rossarin on Blending Her Passions of Abstract Art and the World of Yachting
Artist Rossarin sat down with Shari Liu to discuss her beautiful abstract creations at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024. With a strong connection to the sea, Rossarin’s presence at the MYS allowed her to blend her two greatest passions: her art and the yachting world.
Fifteen years ago, Rose ‘Rossarin’ decided that she wished to follow her passions, which kick-started her journey in the world of art. Inspired by finding the beauty in the everyday, Rossarin is deeply influenced by her surroundings and by nature.
Her creations are works for abstract art, which she believes allows people to bring their own meaning to the painting. For Rossarin, it is important that people aren’t directed to the subject, but are free to connect with it and interpret it in a way that resonates with them.
Surrounded by the superyacht industry, Rossarin recognised the important platform that she has, and is making it her mission to use it to benefit other artists.
Rossarin connected: ‘I would like to use this platform to bring the local artists in my area… to be able to have this opportunity to have a spotlight like I do.’
The collection decorating the Superyachts.com stand was specifically selected to showcase Rossarin’s passion for both the sea and for yachting, characterised by different shades of blue and glimpses of boats.
