MYS 2025: Charter Itinerary on Driving Data and Experience's in Yacht Charter

By Sophia Spanton

At the Monaco Yacht Show 2025, Shari Liu sat down with Boris De Bel, CEO and Co-Founder of Charter Itinerary, and Caroline Dal’lin, COO, to discuss how the company is redefining the tools behind luxury charter.

Caroline reflected on the platform’s rapid evolution. Last year, right here in this studio, Charter Itinerary had announced the launch of luxury experiences on the platform, allowing brokers to book unique experiences for their clients. Dal'lin confirmed they now infact offer over 400 expereinces, with more being added all the time.

Having already captured close to 65% of the charter market, Charter Itinerary continues to grow by, as Dal’lin notes, 'listening to the market and listening to the clients.' This year marks the launch of a major upgrade to the yacht listing system, enabling brokers to enquire directly with central agents, a feature released at the end of summer. 'Now we’re focused on adding more value to this tool,' she added. 'It’s been a significant year, thanks to the new talent joining our team.'

De Bel emphasised the company’s guiding principle: reliability. Looking ahead, he shared ambitions to integrate client feedback and data analytics into the system, introducing a level of benchmarking that the yachting sector has long lacked. 'We’re looking to bring that level of insight into yachting,' he said.
