MYS 2025: Feadship on Dior Collab, Zero-Emission Fleet, and the Future
Jan Bart Verkuyl, CEO of Feadship, sat down with us here at Superyachts.com for the 34th edition of Monaco Yacht show to discuss just a few of the reasons 2025 has been such an incredible year for Feadship. This year follows the company’s 75th anniversary, and has brought recent deliveries of the pioneering 80-metre zero-emission VALOR, and the 72-metre STELLA M. Both of these vessels are stunning examples of Feadship’s dedication to innovation, and the possibilities of Dutch engineering.
Verkuyl spoke to host Shari Liu about the brand’s growing emphasis on sustainability and innovation, including its ambition to eliminate fossil fuels from new builds by 2030. ‘We owe it to ourselves to set the example,’ he said, as Feadship pushes ahead with all-electric propulsion and advanced prep for alternative fuels, all while staying true to its DNA of craftsmanship and full custom design.
Also discussed was Feadship’s evolving client experience, from a unique collaboration with Dior to their showcase at Palm Beach International Boat Show, reflecting a shift toward more personal, immersive engagement.
With several ambitious projects in build and a continued focus on next-generation technology, Feadship remains firmly at the helm of future-forward yachting.
