MYS 2025: Luxury Projects on Mastering Creativity and Connection
Laura Pomponi, CEO and Founder of Luxury Projects, joined us at Superyachts.com during the 34th edition of Monaco Yacht Show to reflect on a year defined by artistic risk-taking, innovation, and authentic client connection. Known for transforming interiors into emotional experiences, Pomponi spoke with host Shari Liu about her studio’s continued push to merge storytelling with design. From her bold use of colour to architectural glass elements and ambient lighting techniques, Pomponi shared how recent projects, such as her collaboration with Amer Yachts, challenged convention and elevated interior expression.
A pioneer in sustainable design, Pomponi also touched on the increasing receptiveness of clients to alternative materials, and the importance of leading by example, drawing inspiration from her region’s rich tradition of craftsmanship. ‘It’s a learning path every day,’ she said, underlining her passion for remaining hands-on across every stage of the creative journey.
Pomponi highlighted her distinct approach to client relationships, revealing that she always makes the first contact personally, to better understand the emotional landscape of each.
Looking ahead, Luxury Projects is expanding further into residential design, with new commissions on the horizon across Europe and beyond. As ever, Pomponi remains deeply involved in both the smallest details and the broadest vision, continuing to craft interiors that are as technically masterful as they are emotionally resonant.
