MYS 2025: TJB Superyachts Showcases Market Expansion and Charter Excellence

By Nora Hart

Tim Johnson, CEO and Founder of TJB Superyachts, joined us here at Superyachts.com at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show to reflect on a year of rapid growth and international momentum for the boutique brokerage. With a strengthened presence in the U.S. and a focus on innovation, the company continues to redefine the brokerage experience for a new generation of clients.

The U.S. has become a major pillar of TJB’s global strategy, with the recent opening of a Palm Beach office and nearly half of the brokerage’s clients now based stateside. ‘The U.S. is a key market for us,’ Johnson shared. ‘It made sense to formally set up there, as it reflects who we are as a brand and who our clients are.’

This expansion aligns with a broader shift in client behaviour, particularly among first-time buyers looking for more education and guidance. Johnson noted that TJB is well known for helping next-generation entrepreneurs enter the yachting world, often beginning with charter and evolving into ownership and management.

Looking ahead to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, TJB will showcase two standout yachts: CARPE DIEM, a 32-metre Azimut Grande, and WATERCOLOURS, a heavily booked Benetti described as a ‘charter machine’ in the Bahamas. Both will be presented alongside TJB’s growing U.S. team, including several new brokers.

With strong momentum across both the U.S. and European markets, Johnson is optimistic about what lies ahead. TJB Superyachts enters the final quarter of 2025 with energy, agility, and a clear focus on the new possibilities in brokerage.
