NASIBA Elevates the Explorer Yacht Experience
Cantiere delle Marche has proudly launched NASIBA, the third unit of its highly acclaimed Flexplorer 146 series. A vessel that harmoniously blends bold expedition capabilities with refined, family-focused living, NASIBA represents a powerful testament to the yard’s commitment to celebrating the possibilities of modern explorer yacht design.
At 44.3 metres in length and boasting a 5,500-nautical-mile range, NASIBA is built for ambitious global cruising. Her robust exterior lines, designed by Hydro Tec, speak to the Flexplorer DNA: seaworthy, practical, and purposeful. However, what sets NASIBA apart is the deeply personalised and health-conscious philosophy that runs through every inch of her design.
Much of this distinctiveness can be credited to the thoughtful work of Winch Design, who were entrusted with shaping NASIBA’s interiors. Known globally for its bespoke and holistic approach, the London-based studio delivered a calm and tactile environment that is both luxurious and sustainably minded. Working closely with the Owners, who placed high importance on wellness and sustainability, Winch Design curated a palette of natural materials, low-VOC finishes, and EMF-conscious solutions that elevate comfort without compromising environmental integrity.
Each interior space is a study in serenity, with earthy hues, soft textures, and matte finishes creating a welcoming and grounding atmosphere. A Sustainable Material Manager was appointed to ensure all elements met rigorous eco-standards, further underscoring the owner’s commitment to health and the planet. From an infra-red sauna and chilled plunge pool to dedicated children’s learning and play spaces, every room serves a purpose beyond aesthetics, aligning with the Owners’ vision for family life at sea.
In terms of function, NASIBA features the Flexplorer line’s hallmark A-frame crane, seamlessly hidden when not in use, and a panoramic crow’s nest that crowns the yacht’s four decks. She is equipped with twin Caterpillar C32 Acert engines and an SCR system that meets IMO Tier III standards, ensuring her environmental credentials extend beneath the surface as well.
With NASIBA, Cantiere delle Marche, Hydro Tec, and Winch Design have collectively delivered more than a yacht, they’ve created a blueprint for explorer yachting’s next chapter, a vessel that’s as focused on family and wellbeing as it is on endurance and elegance.
