Next Generation Yachting: Vripack's Q52 Superyacht Tender

By Heather Collier

The Dutch design studio Vripack has proven once again that luxury is not limited by size after bringing their talent to the shores of tender production.

Illustrating ingenious naval architecture, proven build quality and a beautiful, creative design, the Q52 is the first 16.10m (52.8 ft) powerful day boat from Dutch family-owned boat builder Qnautic. Dynamic and thrill-seeking, the Q52 is built for enjoyment and designed for adventure, paired with luxurious aesthetics.

Sleek, teak decking runs throughout, with spacious and comfortable helm seats complemented by a stylish aft seating area.

For those who want to indulge in the sunshine, the outdoor sofa electrically converts to an oversized sunbed with a hardtop Bimini to provide shade from the midday heat. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor bar with a wine cooler to complete the beach club exterior.

The Q52 is the second boat to benefit from a collaborative innovation and imagination of Vripack and Qnautic, following on from the successful 2020 launch of the Q39 super-RIB.

For comfort, guests will be pleased to know that the double owner’s cabin seamlessly converts into two twins when required. In the dinette forward, a further two guests can be accommodated thanks to a U-shaped couch that converts to a double bed. A spacious shower is divided from the day head by a glass shading wall. Cantalupi lighting brings a contemporary finish.

"The Q52 has become a beauty of a yacht, when you look to the exterior as well as the interior. She is a real piece of quality craftsmanship", commented Marnix Van Rijk from Qnautic.

In terms of technology, the Q52 delivers a whole new level of performance, fuel efficiency, safety and comfort, even at her top speed of 40 knots.

"The Q39 combined existing RIB designs with contemporary techniques and styling, bringing to life the super RIB. So, when tasked with the brief to take it to the next level and create the Q52 tender, we happily accepted the challenge."
