NOA 46m: A Turkish Star Makes Her Cannes Debut

By Sophia Spanton

Set to turn heads at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival, the NOA 46m marks a bold statement in modern yacht design and a milestone for Turkish shipbuilding. Fresh from her launch at The Yacht Factory in Yalova, this steel and aluminium beauty is the first in a new line from the yard, with Ocean Independence appointed as Central Agent. Designed in partnership with Hot Lab Yacht Design, she blends long-range cruising pedigree with luxurious spaces made for entertaining.

From the main salon’s seamless flow to the al fresco lounge with panoramic jacuzzi, life aboard the NOA 46m is all about effortless enjoyment. The sun deck sets the stage for celebrations with a DJ booth, full-service bar, and open-air gym: a natural magnet for high net-worth individuals and guests.

Inside, warm brown and beige tones, expansive glazing, and contemporary detailing create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere for ten guests across five staterooms.

The Yacht Factory may be the new name on the block, but it comes backed by the powerhouse Atasay Group. With a 200,000m² facility, an 800-ton travel lift, and full superyacht servicing capability, the shipyard is positioning itself to compete on the global stage.

Chairman Cihan Kamer calls the NOA 46m ' I am excited to introduce our new project, which we have been planning for a long time and where I will combine my 30 years of passion and experience in sailing with your passions'... and it shows.

With the NOA 46, The Yacht Factory is sending a clear signal: a new force in luxury yacht construction has arrived. From her sophisticated styling to her technical endurance and entertainment-rich design, the vessel embodies a fresh vision for the future of Turkish yacht building.

She will be on display at Vieux Port throughout the Cannes Yachting Festival, offering prospective owners and industry insiders the first opportunity to experience this exciting new build in person.
