PROJECT FUSION: An Innovative New Concept from Winch Design and Feadship

Presented for the first time at the Palm Beach International Boat Show 2024, 88m PROJECT FUSION is a stunning new superyacht concept that has generated waves of excitement across the industry. Feadship will be responsible for her build, whilst Winch Design is overseeing both her exterior and interior design. 

PROJECT FUSION is characterised by a sense of connection: between travel, nature, and people, with a significant emphasis placed on wellbeing. 

Her unique layout has been designed to appeal to a younger clientele, whilst still including the typical DNA of the Dutch yard. PROJECT FUSION is an embodiment of flexibility and slow living, mirrored in the smooth corners, open spaces, and fluidity throughout the yacht.

Neutral and earthy materials dominate the interior colour palette, with rustic woods implemented for their texture, highlighting a strong connection to the outdoors. This is enhanced by a glass funnel permeated with green foliage that runs between decks, providing not only an immersive link to nature, but a vertical connection between spaces.

The beach house spans two decks, offering open and casual spaces whilst simultaneously blurring the lines between indoor and al fresco living, offering a connection to the outdoor environment. The upper beach house is a flexible space, with interconnected leisure areas including a gym, yoga studio and sunken seating area around the pool. 

PROJECT FUSION’s duplex Owner’s suite is another stand-out element of her design, offering a private space across two decks, with the option of extending up to the sun deck.
