Spotted: Feadship's 71.76m Project 827 Leaves Facility for Outfitting

The spectacular Project 827 has been spotted for the very first time, emerging from Feadship’s yard in preparation for outfitting. She embodies a stunning blend of both aesthetics and advanced technologies, set apart from other yachts of a similar size with a dedicated Owner’s deck.

Project 827 is a 71.76m motor yacht that can be regarded as the ‘future of Feadship’, blending beautiful aesthetics and impressive technological advancements to achieve the ultimate display of luxury.

She last hit the news in July 2023, when she was sold by Burgess just six weeks after she entered the market. This rapid sale highlighted her outstanding nature, which captivated the industry’s attention immediately after she was first introduced by the shipyard in June 2023.

She is designed by the expert hands of Studio De Voogt, featuring a refined elegance, powerful curves and an unmatched level of sophistication. She is set to offer the optimal experience at sea for her Owner, including highlights such as an extended sundeck forward and a 7m swimming pool at her aft.

FM Architettura d’Interni has created her unique interiors, blending the concepts of art and nature to achieve an understated warmth and functionality. The dedicated Owner’s deck is a standout feature of her design, unmatched for a yacht of this size: the forward master stateroom includes side deck access to a private breakfast nook and hot tub, whilst being surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows which allow for panoramic views.

The rest of the accommodation consists of four spacious double staterooms and two VIP staterooms, situated on the main deck. Her flexible design offers a central communal space that benefits from an abundance of natural light and stunning surrounding views, which is the perfect area for socialising onboard.

Project 827 is fitted with a diesel-electric propulsion system, which significantly reduces fuel consumption and engine noise. It has been crafted to be able to accommodate future advancements in energy sources, ensuring that this vessel will remain a beacon of sustainability within the industry. Following the launch of Feadship’s hydrogen fuel cell superyacht Project 821 on the 4th of May 2024, the Dutch yard has positioned itself as a pioneer in the future of sustainable technologies.

She is currently on her way to Feadship’s outfitting facility in Amsterdam to complete the final stages of her construction before her scheduled launch in May 2025.
