Take a tour of Rafael Nadal’s newly launched 80 Sunreef Power as new images are released of the tennis star and his catamaran yacht.

Delivered in June 2020, the 80 Sunreef Power superyacht was commissioned by the Spanish icon to provide a luxury basis for sailing holidays spent with family and friends. Speaking at the handover last month, Sunreef Yachts President Francis Lapp said that it was “an unforgettable event for our shipyard to hand over the yacht to such an amazing person and athlete as Rafael Nadal.” Nadal is an experienced boater with a passion for the ocean, which has been reflected in the onboard liveability of this Sunreef Yacht.

Great White, as she has been christened by Nadal, features a custom design which maximises guest space both throughout the interior and exterior, providing plenty of comfort for up to 8 guests. Her four-cabin layout includes a spacious Owner’s suite in the starboard hull with an opening side balcony, sofa, walk-in dresser and a flip-down ceiling TV above the double bed. All guest cabins are luxuriously furnished and complete with en-suite bathrooms.

Nadal’s dream of a vessel fit for entertainment has been realised, with Great White being blessed with generous living space including a bright and spacious saloon with oversized-lounging sofas and a dining facility to the bow. Two back-to-back 77” televisions are perfect for evening movies with the family, or for re-watching some of Nadal’s famous Grand Slam victories.

The stern cockpit offers outstanding alfresco dining space, which is well-protected from the sun and wind and is even fitted with a weatherproof TV. Great White’s aft garage is well stocked for water-borne adventures, with a large jet-ski among the water toys as well as space for a tender.
