Sun, Sea, and Superyachts: Palma International Boat Show 2025 Sets Sail in Style
The Mediterranean boating season is officially underway as the 2025 Palma International Boat Show opened its docks yesterday at the Marina Moll Vell in Palma de Mallorca. Running through Saturday, May 3, the four-day event is celebrating its 2025 edition with more boats, more innovation, and more buzz than ever before.
Set against the backdrop of Mallorca’s glittering coastline, this year’s show brings together hundreds of vessels, from sleek motorboats to majestic superyachts. A major highlight for 2025 is the newly expanded exhibition space at Club de Mar, an addition of 5,000 square metres that’s already drawing crowds keen to explore larger boats and new exhibitors in a more spacious, upscale setting.
Of course, the Palma Superyacht Village remains the crown jewel. Nestled at the far end of the marina, it’s where luxury meets innovation. Here, visitors can step aboard some of the world’s most impressive yachts, many available for charter or sale, and chat with designers, brokers, and shipyard representatives. The dedicated Refit & Repair area is also turning heads, spotlighting the latest in sustainable materials and marine tech.
But the show isn’t just about admiring beautiful boats. It’s a meeting ground for the maritime industry, with events like the Mallorca Yachting Summit and the Balearic Superyacht Forum already sparking conversations on the future of boating, from eco-conscious design to AI-driven navigation.
Visitors can catch the action daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with easy boat shuttle service connecting the main marina with Club de Mar. Whether one is looking to buy, browse, or just soak up the nautical lifestyle, the Palma International Boat Show is once again proving why it’s the season’s must-do event on the Mediterranean.
