SUY 135: Antonini Navi Introduces Its New Sport Utility Yacht

By Frances Flannagan

Antonini Navi has recently presented its Sport Utility Yacht SUY 135. Part of a brand new range of vessels with all-round seafaring abilities, this model is characterised by its diverse range of sporting and recreational activities, generous spaces and standout amenities.

SUY 135 is a new superyacht developed by Aldo Mana, Partner and Sales Director of Antonini Navi, alongside designer Fulvio de Simoni and naval architect Studio Arrabito. This model is part of a larger project by the Italian yard that is set to introduce SUY 190 and SUY 108 to complete the range of brand-new, all-round seafaring ability vessels.

This range has been developed in response to the growing demand for a new class of yachts that are able to sail in deep waters in unmatched comfort and luxury whilst remaining in close contact with the ocean and marine life.

The SUY 135 is a displacement motor yacht that has a LOA of 44m and a gross tonnage of 480. She is constructed in steel, blending a typical superyacht aesthetic with exceptional world-cruising capabilities.

Aldo Mana, Partner and Sales Director for Antonini Navi and Founder of the Sport Utility Yacht concept, commented: ‘The idea was created to allow the owner and his guests to enjoy their yacht at 360°, being able to have toys, amenities, tenders, and any other means suitable for the many sporting and recreational activities that the sea and its places can offer.’

The Owners have the freedom for both internal and external customisation, made possible by the intelligent naval architecture, engineering and internal compartmentation. The proposed layout for the interior is configured as a main and upper deck connected via a raised deck, with five guest cabins.

This proposed cabin configuration features a 56 sqm Owners suite on the main deck and four en suite cabins on the lower deck, with separate accommodation for the Captain and crew of five.

Other arrangement options include the addition of a gym suite and a sauna and spa, as well as alternative cabin configurations, ensuring the maximum flexibility for the Owner’s preferences.

SUY 135’s exterior spaces are spectacular, with a 40 sqm veranda with a sheltered al fresco dining space alongside a 35 sqm beach club with transom jacuzzi. A second jacuzzi can be found on the sun deck, where those on board benefit from elevated views, immersing her Owner and guests in the outdoor environment as much as possible. The sun deck also features a bar counter, casual dining table and sun pads.

A 7m RIB and an array of water toys are able to be stowed onboard the SUY 135, thanks to a sizable transversal tender garage.

The SUY 135 has a cruising speed of 10 knots, a top speed of 16 knots and a range of 4,000nm, making her the ideal vessel for cruising around the globe. In addition to her impressive performance capabilities, zero-speed stabilisers ensure the maximum level of comfort onboard, elevating the entire cruising experience.

The first hull of the SUY 135 is currently in build and scheduled for delivery in 2026, with Moravia Yachting appointed as the Central Agency.

Alessandro Diomedi, Sales Broker at Moravia Yachting, commented: ‘We are proud to represent the Antonini SUY series; it’s an interesting and innovative concept with big volumes and great capacity to carry large water toys whilst, at the same time, a special attention is given to the yacht owner’s privacy and lifestyle.’
