83.5m SAVANNAH For Sale

In September, just a week before the start of the Monaco Yacht Show, Feadship’s 83.5m SAVANNAH was listed for sale for the very first time with Edmiston. She holds the title of the first ever hybrid superyacht, making her Feadship’s flagship vessel. She was launched in 2015, with a full repaint in 2020 plus numerous other upgrades.

12 guests are accommodated onboard across six cabins which are all equipped with an ensuite. Each room onboard has been designed to maximise the guests’ experiences, in a visual as well as in a social way. She has eye-catching design elements, including a wall of glass and a vast oval skylight being featured in the master suite.

Her amenities come in abundance, from a 9m pool on her aft deck, to a submerged underwater lounge making for fantastic expedition opportunities.

SAVANNAH is one of the most innovative and iconic yachts of the past decade, featuring eco-conscious propulsion. She is currently still available for sale with Edmiston.

115m AHPO Listed For Sale at €330 Million

In February, Lürssen’s 115m AHPO was listed for sale for the first time by Kevin Callahan for a staggering €330 million. This was considered one of the most substantial offers to ever be placed on the brokerage market, and was the most expensive superyacht on the market at the time of her listing.

She was delivered in 2021 by Moran Yacht & Ship, featuring a superior design and engineering paired with unparalleled cruising for the whole family. Nuvolari Lenard penned both her exterior and interior design, both exuding unparalleled luxury. AHPO’s upper deck features an 8m swimming pool with a self-contained jacuzzi and a large sun pad seating.

Typical of the German yard, AHPO features state-of-the-art technology and engineering systems, including environmentally conscious design elements.

Peter Lürssen, CEO of Lürssen, commented on the timeless nature of the vessel: 'We believe our engineering expertise has surpassed [the owner's] wishes to own a yacht that many years from now will be timeless and yet still ahead of its time.'

AHPO was sold just three months after she entered the market, and renamed LADY JORGIA by her new owners. This iconic vessel’s sale was a ground-breaking industry moment; AHPO’s sale was considered the biggest brokerage deal in history.

95m KISMET Sold by Cecil Wright & Christie Yachts

In September, just three months after entering the market, Lürssen’s 95m KISMET was sold by Cecil Wright, with Will Christie of Christie Yachts introducing the buyer. She was delivered in 2014, with exterior design by Espen Oeino and interiors penned by Reymond Langton Design.

The award-winning vessel is highly versatile, one feature being a stylish sky lounge that can transform into a nightclub. KISMET boasts a beautiful design, with a double-height main saloon adorned with black and gold Art Deco furniture and finishes.

There are a plethora of amenities onboard, including a fully dedicated spa with separate hair and beauty salons, showcasing KISMET to represent the height of comfort for guests.

Due to this speedy sale, KISMET was not exhibited at the Monaco Yacht Show, and instead PHOENIX 2 took her place as Cecil Wrights’ flagship.

89m HERE COMES THE SUN Sold

Amels’ iconic 89m HERE COMES THE SUN was sold in August, in a deal with Fraser and Burgess. Antoine Larriq of Fraser introduced the buyer and Stuart Larsen of Fraser and Tim Vickers of Burgess represented the seller.

The yacht was delivered in 2017, and underwent an extensive refit in 2021 where she has a 6m extension. She features all the must-haves of superyacht design, with exteriors by Tim Heywood and interiors penned by Winch Design.

Up to 20 guests can be accommodated across ten staterooms, her versatile nature exhibited as four of the seven guest staterooms can be connected to form two suites. Guests onboard HERE COMES THE SUN have access to the pinnacle of relaxation, with a stunning sea-level beach club with sea terraces either side and a wellness centre located on the lower deck.

This was a highly significant sale for Burgess and Fraser, as HERE COMES THE SUN is a flagship vessel for Amels, sold for $195,000,000.

73m QUANTUM OF SOLACE Sold

Turquoise Yachts launched 72.6m QUANTUM OF SOLACE in 2012: the largest and most technically advanced superyacht built by the Turkish yard at the time. Listed for sale with Peter Thompson at the Ahoy Club and Vice President Frank Grzeszczak of FGI Yacht Group representing the buyer, she was sold for $60 million in January 2023.

H2 Yacht Design penned her exterior and interior design, creating her strong graphic lines, flowing curves, and a clean and modern atmosphere on board.

She is a luxurious and comfortable vessel, one stand-out feature being a spa positioned next to a sea platform which extended 90 degrees over the water to bring her owners closer to the ocean.

QUANTUM OF SOLACE is spread over four levels, featuring a range of contemporary touches such as a DJ booth and touch-and-go helipad. As one would expect from a James Bond-inspired yacht, furnishings are highly elegant and rich.

The sale of this iconic yacht was a remarkable start to 2023, a year filled with exceptional moments for the brokerage market.
